Use the built-in report generator to create the following report types:

Full Report
This report includes complete submission details, and previous information about previous submissions. It contains the submission results, engine name, URL, and the number of successful submissions made.

Last Submission Report
The report includes details of the previous submission results of the current project.

Ranking Report
The report contains details on the ranking results of the selected project.

Project Data Report
This report contains the Project Setting data. It does not contain any information on submission or ranking.

Promotional Resources
This report contains a list of available search engines with a short description.

You must choose the Report type:

HTML
The Report utility generates a report in HTML format, ready for web publication, or can be sent to your client via email.

E-mail
The report will be sent to a specified email address or addresses from E-mail reports recipients field, located on the reports menu.

Plain Text
This report will be saved in a text file. If you do not have at least 128 Megs of RAM on your PC, run this report, instead of the HTML report.

For HTML and Plain Text reports you should specify a folder for saving (by typing the path in the Save HTML/Text reports to field (or choose a folder by pressing the browse button).

Depending on the version you purchased, You can specify personal and/or client information that will be presented in the report.

To specify Personal info fill in the following fields:
Company name, Site URL. You can also insert your logo for the report. Type a path to the file with logo in the Logo image field or press the browse button to choose a file from the menu. Recommended logo size is 121x104 pixels.

To specify Clients info type Company name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone number, Address, Site URL.

Pressing Save as default button, will save all report settings, which will be used by the program as default.

To generate a report press the Generate report button.
