PROXY SETTINGS
	This window appears upon startup. If the program fails to launch, it is probably due to incorrect proxy settings. You can enter your Proxy Settings in this window. If you do not know your settings, please contact your Internet Service Provider. All the fields are the same as in the Proxy Settings area of the System Options module. After you have entered you new Proxy settings press the OK button and they will be saved; the program will try to connect to our server for Registration Validation. If you have entered the settings correctly, and your registration number is approved, the program will run. If you press the Cancel button, all new settings will be ignored and you will exit the program. The Abort button is designed to terminate the connection to the server.
