POPULATE FROM PROJECTS
	To populate the form information without having to type it in, you can open a project that contains the information you require; This information will be used throughout the software. To choose a project select it and press the Choose button or click on its name or icon. To select a project from the list position your mouse cursor on its name or icon and hold it there a moment, you will then see additional "pop up" help at each field. You can change the view of your projects list by checking the Large, Small, List, Details buttons. Press Cancel to cancel the operation. Press Help for help.
