Terms of Agreement

These terms and conditions pertain to an individual and/or company's participation in the TrafficSeeker.com Affiliate program.

1. Joining the Program
By filling out the following form you will automatically become a TrafficSeeker.com affiliate. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the TrafficSeeker site and receive a commission based on products and services purchased by your referred individuals. 

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: 

Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)

Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) 

Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities 


3. Linking to TrafficSeeker.com
You may use graphic and text links both on your web site and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by TrafficSeeker.com, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in paragraph 2. 

4. Affiliate Commissions
You will be paid 40% of the purchase price of TrafficSeeker.com software directly generated by your hyperlinks. You will also be paid an additional 10% commission on the fees generated by webmasters you refer to the TrafficSeeker.com affiliate program. You will NOT receive affiliate commission on products or services bought by yourself or your company.

Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly with a minimum check value of . If the minimum value isn't reached in 6 months time - the check will be given for the value under . If the referred product or service was refunded, money was reimbursed or a credit card charge backs occurred, TrafficSeeker.com has the right to deduct the appropriate commissions. 

5. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when either you or TrafficSeeker.com terminates your affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by TrafficSeeker.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. 

6. Liability
TrafficSeeker.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. TrafficSeeker.com does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of TrafficSeeker.com will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

7. Taxation
You will be acting in an independent contractor capacity and are responsible for any and all taxes due from income
resulting from your affiliation with TrafficSeeker.com

Bulk Mail AKA (Spam) Policy

WebGrip will not allow anyone to bulk mail our domain. Thanks to a few bad apples out there we are forced not to allow this *within* our domain. If anyone is caught bulk mailing our products, you will lose all dealer rights and will not be paid any commissions due. If you have any questions email us and will assist you anyway we can.
